I’ve been so impressed with this business and its quality of service. I would definitely recommend and return to this storage company. The only thing that surpassed the excellent value, was the impeccable Customer Service. When I required assistance, Silvio immediately and courteously met my needs with professionalism and integrity. My unit was secure, clean and always available; as a customer I couldn’t be happier! Very grateful!

We sold our house in Port Rowan and didn't have a place yet to move into by the fast closing date so we needed a storage place in a hurry and a moving company to move our belongings. The owner of Moving the Folk contacted Apple Self Storge to see if there was any units available. What unbelievable luck they had one available the next day which was when we needed it. Everything was so smooth and easy dealing with the staff and doing everything over the phone. The move out and in went really well and the unit was super clean and roomy which held our stuff. Sent emails back and forth to firm up all the details was a breeze thanks to all who was and is involved with this facility. I am more than 100 percent satisfied with me experience and greatful how they handled our situation. Good facility, lockers are great and very secure. This place is extremely convenient for me. Dealing with the management has always been easy and they have multiple solutions for all your needs.

Great service, quick to get back to emails! Only thing that might add to experience is having an office on site but I prefer in person dealings. But amazing people to work with for storing items. Was clean and safe for storing all our house items before our move!
