I’ve been so impressed with this business and its quality of service. I would definitely recommend and return to this storage company. The only thing that surpassed the excellent value, was the impeccable Customer Service. When I required assistance, Silvio immediately and courteously met my needs with professionalism and integrity. My unit was secure, clean and always available; as a customer I couldn’t be happier! Very grateful!

I have had a storage unit with Apple Storage for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s been a great experience from start to finish. The facility is always clean, well-kept, and easy to access — but what really makes it stand out is the customer service.

I give Apple Self Storage - Simcoe a five star rating. I found the website very easy and user friendly to order and rent a unit. The units were clean and well maintained. Upon ending my need for the storage unit I spoke with Silvio who was very friendly and demonstrated great customer service ensuring I was satisfied with the facility. I would definitely recommend this facility and use it again.

Apple Self Storage is a great company do deal with from start to finish! Their facility is safe, secure and clean. Their customer service is what sets them apart though. They are quick to respond and are helpful. Not difficult to see why they have so many 5 star reviews.

Silvio has been great to work with, I was behind on payments and his wanting to see the good in people he reached out to work with me to keep my unit from going to auction. The fees are beyond reasonable, cheaper than anywhere else you'll find. My only complaint has been that in the winter, my unit door was frozen shut and I was unable to get in to get clothes I needed for work, and had to get a new set.
